About Richard Harper

Richard is an experienced Mindfulness practitioner whose teaching is deeply rooted in his own personal daily practice that spans the past 20 years. He is undertaking a MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University. He began teaching in 2015 and has experience teaching workshops, taster sessions, 8 week courses based on the curriculum for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), as well as bespoke training courses based on client requirements. 

With over 15 years of experience working in both the public and private sector prior to teaching Mindfulness, Richard has experienced first-hand, through his own practice, the benefits that Mindfulness can bring to the modern work environment.
